| Q: How do squeaky shoes encourage my child to walk? |

A: Each time your child takes a step they will be rewarded and motivated with a fun squeaking sound. This squeaking increases body awareness and entices your child to take their next step. Our squeaking shoes have flexible soles that offer traction to provide sure footing.

| Q: Are the inner soles of your shoes appropriate for young feet? |
|
A: Yes. All of our shoes feature a flat, soft sole that is perfect for young
feet and the squeaker in no way affects the contour of the inner sole.
Our shoes are endorsed by registered chiropodists who claim, "The

| Q: Do you recommend squeaky shoes for pre-walkers? |
|
A: Experts agree that barefoot is best as your child is taking their first steps. Once your child spends two or more hours on his/her feet, they are ready to wear shoes. Squeaky shoes can increase fun and create body awareness for pre-walkers who spend time in a baby walker, bouncing swing ,or other exercise apparatus.

| Q: How often should I check my child’s shoe size? |

A: Children's feet grow very quickly and their shoe size may need updating every few months. Those under the age of 16-18 months can grow more than half a foot size every two months. Toddlers from the ages of 16 to 24 months grow an average of half a foot size every three months. When they are 24 to 36 months old they grow approximately half a foot size every four months. Over the age of 3 years of age, they increase half a foot size every four to six months.

| Q: How do I know what size shoe to buy? |
|
A: Measure your baby's feet from heel to toe while he or she is standing with toes flat. Then see our sizing chart guide below. Feet will have their largest length and width after a day of activity, so measure in the afternoon. It is perfectly normal for one foot to be slightly larger. Just work with the greater length. The 1/2” recommended for wiggle room is already built into our sizing charts.

| Q: Are different widths available? |
|
A: At this time, only one width is available, however the shoes are quite a generous width. If your child has a particularly wide foot then you could consider ordering one size up from his/her normal size. Please see our sizing chart for proper sizing.

| Q: Is it possible to disable the squeaker? |

| A: Love the shoes but planning a trip to a
quiet place? No problem, the squeak can easily be temporarily or
permanently disabled in either one or both squeaky shoes and you will
still have a great pair of shoes for your toddler to run about in.
To temporarily disable – stick a small piece of plaster tape over the squeaker of the shoe. This can then easily be removed when you would like to reactivate the squeak.
To permanently disable – put something permanent into the squeaker in the heel of the shoe. Many things will work such as dropping in some super glue or pushing in a small piece of blue tac or plasticine. Alternatively, use a small pointy instrument such as a fork tine to bend the reed inside the squeaker located in the heel of the sole.
All our squeaky shoes come with the squeaker permanently glued into the heel to ensure they are safe for your toddler to wear.
For half the squeaky fun try disabling the squeaker in just one shoe!

A: Standard delivery and packaging within the UK is FREE with ActiveTots.

| Q: When will my items be delivered? |
A: When payment has cleared, items will usually be posted on the same or next working day. Your ActiveTots squeaky shoes will arrive via
Second Class post and should be delivered within 2-4 days of posting. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately with an explanation and inform you of what is being done to resolve the delay.
